Nothing Like Summer Fun!
Back by popular demand, Play on Pine, hosted by Second Life Bikes, is held Fridays from 5–7 PM through August 28 (weather permitting) on Pine Street between 2nd and 3rd. Kiwanis AP provides snacks, drinks and books to all!
Now in its third year, the Kiwanis AP Beach Toy Borrow Box on 2nd Ave gives kids a fun way to share beach toys while reducing waste along AP's shoreline. Toys can be borrowed for the day and returned for the next child.

Community Karma is working to ensure 1,000 local children start the school year with the backpacks and supplies they need—and the Kiwanis Club of Asbury Park is proud to be a major supporter through volunteer service and financial donations.
Volunteer opportunities are available all summer, from sorting supplies and packing backpacks to helping on Giveaway Day!

Kiwanis Club Quick Hits
More than 40 local children and family members enjoyed a free showing of Toy Story this summer, thanks to the Kiwanis Club of AP and The ShowRoom on Cookman Avenue. Every child was welcomed with a complimentary goodie bag!
Congratulations to this year’s Kiwanis Scholarship winners Withney Norde, Jayvon Daniels, and Lizbeth Villa Hernandez along with all the other honorees at Awards Night. Thanks to the teachers, counselors, and staff of the school district and best of luck to these talented young men and women!
